It's extremely hot at the moment.
I feel as if I'm going to melt.......:(
I often drink a little Umeshu with ice after work and before I go to bed on hot nights like these.
It helps me forget this heat:)
Umeshu is a Japanese alcohol drink made from Japanese UME (plum),sugar and shochu or sake.
Umeshu has a mild, fruity flavor that makes it easy for anyone to drink!
My mother used to make it at home.
Umeshu is ready to drink 6 months after the plums and sugar have been mixed together.
When I was a child, I used to taste the UMESHU after just 1 or 2 month to check whether it was good or not.
Of course it was sour and awful.
I’m looking forward to drinking it tonight, too!
