Do you like sake???

Sake is an alcoholic beverage brewed from rice,
koji mold and yeast.

It's alcoholic content ranges from 13% to 16%.

There are a lot of " sake breweries" in Hida Takayama.
Why is it famous for sake??
Because it has good quality water, rice and master brewers' expertise.

I went to Hirase Shuzo Co., Ltd.
This signboard is placed in front of the sake brewery!!















Visitors can participate in a guided tour for free
and have a sample of sake proudly offered from each sake brewery.
