Here is the lovely Matsutake mushroom we got from our friend who found it in the mountains. And to think that this would cost the same as a 10 kg joint of beef in the UK. It was tasty though.

Looking at this picture, my nose looks a bit like a mushroom. All be it an upside down one.

The trees are slightly changing color. Not long until we see some
red maple trees at Mikati Temple.
And here's some of our dried Kaki (Persimmon fruit). I almost look french.
