Thank you my lovely guests

Recently, I got a mail from a couple of guests who stayed with Q-beh in April.
They wrote me a long letter with their photos to say how they enjoyed their trip in Japan and their stays in Q-beh.

I could not describe how happy I was when getting their mail.

To be a reception staff, I support to be always showing my smile to guests no matter how my mood is.

Sometimes it is hard.

When getting the mail, I felt like...suddenly understood that why I keep showing my true heart to guests.

It is because sometimes I will be treated with true hearts from lovely guys, too.

It happens rarely, but just that is enough for me.
