OKONOMI-YAKI PARTY!
We held a special party at J Hoppers Hiroshima on the 9th of this month.
Our cleaning staff Tabasa made all the plans and we decided to make Okonomi-yaki this time!
Okonomi-yaki is a Japanese salty pancake that consists of thinly sliced pork, eggs, vegetables, and noodles inside.
It's pretty popular in Hiroshima and we eat it A LOT!!
We also had a few local people as guests. They enjoyed chatting and exchanging their own cultures :)
We will definitely throw some party again!
