Traveling Kyoto with Children? Kyoto with Kids? Kyoto City Zoo was Nicely Renovated

I went to zoo with my son these days. The zoo was renovated a lot. It seems there are more natures than before and quite fun to hang around zigzag road for kids and also for adults.

There are free rental mattress provided. When it is sunny day, it is good to be relaxed with using mattress on the grass, lay down  and enjoy the sunshine.

Animals are very active more than I expected even tough it was day time. Sometimes they open until night, so you can enjoy night zoo. If you have time, you will see different atmosphere there!

It’s still hot outside, so please take care for your body condition to have enough water and such.
